You Can't Duplicate Your Upline, Just the System

A network marketing duplication system will help you be successful in the business of network marketing in the long run and the concept of networking is that your upline teaches you how to duplicate what they've done to build their business. Your MLM success should be a sure thing. Right? Just copy your upline.

Yet, 95% of network marketers fail. You may be wondering why the network marketing industry or system has failed them. The fact is that the system is great, but the person themselves created their own failure.

Network marketing revolves around the basic principle of duplication. If you simply duplicate an effective system you will get results extremely quickly. The main problem with the majority of MLM’ers is that they confuse the system with their upline. You may be wondering what we mean…

In shorter words, a system is something that you can duplicate, but you cannot duplicate the people within that system. Once you have this concept down you'll realize why many people fail in the industry of network marketing. A similar analogy for this kind of system is Burger King. The food at Burger King isn’t the greatest in the world, but they are so successful because they have duplicate systems in place all around the world. The system works and is extremely profitable even thought he people using it varies from store to store.

The people within each system are not duplicable. Many people put their sponsor, or upline on a pedestal which is a big mistake.

How Important Is An Upline

It's true that your upline is extremely important for you to be successful in the industry of network marketing, but you cannot ignore the network marketing duplication system. You should not try and copy what another person is doing who is not following the system because this will lead you down the path to failure.

You may be wondering why you shouldn’t always mold yourself around successful people. The reason why is because these people are not following the same system which you are following.

So how do you avoid this and how can you assure that a system that you use can be duplicated by those you bring into the business.

Well, making it as easy to follow is important. Also, making sure that you provide a good explanation and good training in how to use the system will eliminate the need for people you sponsor to "make it up" as they go along.

I'd been in the situation too often where I had the chance to listen to the out of town big shot with the massive downline. Eager to hear what she or he had to teach me. While the infomation was good, it did more to provide a source of motivation than providing practical tools. It have me the concept and general ideas...but rarely did I walk away with a clear understanding of the "how-to" of there success.

Here again, I was put in the situation of duplicating the person and not the system.

An interesting thing about online netorking is that duplication becomes much more do-able than offline. In offline marketing like prospecting friends, family and co-workers or talking to people in the mall, it is a very first impression type of situation. This is where you may not be able to duplicate the personality of a top gun netorker.

Online networking runs on systems. It's really a lot more of a copy and paste of what does work and let the automated systems work for you. Once the system has done its work for you, you will end up with the best qualified people to talk to who already are familiar with you, your company, your products and the opportunity you provide. When you do talk to them the first time, and you still need to communicate with a prospect, most of the selling, telling and conviencing is over.

Here is a great system that's easy to follow, teach and share with people you sponsor into your business. Teach them to follow the system and come to you for help on making the system you provide work for them. They can never be you...but they can learn to use the system that you use.
